    • Multirotor FramesMultirotor frames are the main body of your vertical take-off and landing drone.  Multi rotor frames can come in many various sizes and shapes and configurations, the most popular and common multirotor is a quadcopter which consists of four motors.  We sell a large selection of multirotor frames and kits ranging from Nano size (that will fit in your hand) all the way to our heavy lift platforms that can carry over 6Kg of equipment and have a span of almost 1 meter!  For more information about multirotor frames and naming conventions we have some more information at the bottom of this page.

      • Heavy-Lift FramesThis is our range of ‘heavy-lift’ frames – these frames are built to do some serious work such as carrying a pro-grade camera or highly sensitive equipment. Primarily for commercial use. 
      • Hexacopter FramesHexacopter drone frames consist of 6 motors spaced radially.  The main advantage of haxacopter frames is that they allow you to lift more weight due to the extra motors.  Also because of the tighter spacing of the motors, they provide extra thrust axes to keep your hexacopter drone more stable in windy weather conditions.
      • Brushed FramesThis is our range of ‘brushed’ frames – these are frames that need to used brushed motors instead of brushless ones. 
    • Flight Controllers/ AutopilotsAutopilot and UAV kits, including Ardupilot Mega.  This section contains all the parts and connectors required in bundle form so you can be sure you ordered everything you need.
      • Flight Stacks/TowersThis is our range of flight stacks. Flight stacks/towers include components of a drones power system such as the flight controller, ESC and video transmitter. These components can be stacked neatly on top of one another to save space on your mini/micro quad. 
      • BetaFlightThis section contains all of our mini FPV quadcopter flight controllers that are compatible with cleanfight or betaflight firmware for FPV racing. This section controls all the various flight controllers suitable for your mini FPV racing quadcopter.  Popular choises include the naze 32, lux, and F3 flight controllers.  These flight controllers are compatible with both CleanFlight and BetaFlight software.
      • Pixhawk (PX4)PX4FMU is a high-performance autopilot-on-module suitable for fixed wing, multi rotors, helicopters, cars, boats and any other robotic platform that can move. It is targeted towards high-end research, amateur and industry needs.  Any multicopter / airplane / rover or boat that can be controlled with normal RC servos or Futaba S-Bus servos (S-Bus or servos: only in combination with PX4IO Airplane/Rover Servo and I/O Module, brushless motors controllers can be controlled with PX4FMU alone, up to four in a classic quadrotor setup.) The PX4FMU autopilot module runs a very efficient real-time operating system (RTOS), which provides a POSIX-style environment (i.e. printf(), pthreads, /dev/ttyS1, open(), write(), poll(), ioctl(), etc). The software can be updated with an USB bootloader. PX4 communicates to ground control stations via MAVLink and can be operated with QGroundControl and APM Planner. All software is open-source and BSD licensed.
      • OmnibusOmnibus flight controllers are all in one boards, that include a betaflight flight controller, Sd card reader, coupled with a built in OSD.  The pro versions also include a current sensor and BEC.  The ultimate version called the Omnibus Asgard also adds a built in 4x25A Dshot ESC built into the same flight controller for ultimate in integration.

      • NavioThis is our range of Navio flight controllers and accessories. The Navio autopilot is an incredible powerful platform that can not only be used as an autopilot, but also as a platform for your own custom robotics project. It is used in conjecture with the Raspberry Pi to create a controller that eliminates the need for multiple controllers onboard your vehicle as everything is packed into one. This facilitates development and increases the robustness of your project significantly. The Navio can be used on all kinds of moving robotics such as cars, boats, multirotors and planes. 
      • Ardupilot Mega (APM)The ArduPilot Mega 2.5 is a complete open source autopilot system and the bestselling technology that won the prestigious 2012 Outback Challenge UAV competition. The APM2.5+ version comes ready to use, with no assembly required. It allows the user to turn any fixed, rotary wing or multirotor vehicle (even cars and boats) into a fully autonomous vehicle; capable of performing programmed GPS missions with waypoints.

    • FPV EquipmentFirst Person View (FPV) flying is when you fly your radio aircraft using a wireless video feed and view it from the pilot’s perspective using a FPV monitor or video goggles. It’s the closest thing to flying without actually flying! FPV flying not only gives a unique perspective on flying your RC aircraft (with some spectacular views) but also allows you to learn some new things in electronics and radio theory. Things like antenna/transmitter gain, antenna polarisation, radiation patterns, radio frequencies, wavelengths. FPV pilots are always learning about the best methods to get the pest possible signal back to the ground.
      • FPV CamerasThis section includes all of our cameras designed for FPV use.  You use these cameras to get a real time video feed from your drone so you can pilot it from the ground, also known as video piloting.
        • FPV Camera Lens
      • FPV GogglesFPV goggles allow you to totally immerse yourself to give you the sense of being inside your drone. FPV goggles block out any sunlight and give the illusion of sitting in front of a big screen TV, allowing you to clearly see what you FPV camera sees. There are two primary styles of FPV Goggles: Goggles and Headsets. FPV goggles as the name suggests are like goggles, with two individual LCD panels (one for each eye). Goggles are often smaller, making them easier to transport, but are often more expensive. Headsets, on the other hand, contain a single LCD panel surrounded by a larger case. The advantage of this is you get a bigger screen, they are cheaper, and in some cases, you can also wear your glasses with them (if you glasses frame is small enough). But because these are much bigger they are a bit harder to carry around. Most FPV goggles/headsets have a built in receiver and in some cases a DVR (digital video recorder) that allows you to record the footage onto an SD card directly.  
      • FPV MonitorsFPV monitors are portable LCD screens that you can use to view the video feed from your drone.  Many include a built-in battery and receiver and are an all in one portable unit.  The advantage of using an FPV monitor over FPV goggles is that it gives you the freedom to look up at your drone as it is flying.  Popular among filmmakers having a separate screen lets you see exactly what your onboard camera sees.  Most FPV monitors also include a Sunshade that helps prevent glare on the screen, so you can still clearly see the screen outdoors.  All of our FPV monitors we sell have special firmware to prevent the blue screen issue when the FPV signal gets low.

We have a range of GPS modules that are all reliable and affordable. For the best performance for your multicopter hover, its a good idea to go for the Ublox-LEA-6H modules, but if you are using a fixed wing aircraft the MediaTek GPS module is more than ideal. If you are using a multiWii board, or an AIOP board, then you should use the Ublox-NEO-6M GPS module.
